Networking
Networking Events
Our club began hosting Networking events (aka
"Happy Hours") in 2008 to provide a venue for members to interact,
"network", discuss Razorback sports and have a good time. Our first
networking event was held in August, 2008 at the aloft Hotel - Rogers,
with another one at the Courtyard by Marriott - Fayetteville in
November, 2008.
NWA Razorback Club Networking Group on LinkedIn
Another way our members can "network" is the new NWA
Razorback Club Group on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a free online
network of more than 25 million professionals from around the world,
representing 150 industries.
When you join, you create a profile that summarizes
your professional accomplishments. Your profile helps you find and
be found by former colleagues, clients, U of A alumni, other NWA
professionals, Razorback fans, etc. You can add more connections by
inviting trusted contacts to join LinkedIn and connect to you.
There are several Razorback-related and Northwest
Arkansas-related groups on Linked In which you can belong to, in
addition to having your individual profile - thereby, increasing
your "networking".
